Previous to forming House of Blue Skies Consulting in 2016, our team members worked for CNRL, Canadian Pacific, Enbridge, EPCOR, EnCana (previously AEC West), Oxbow Canada, TransCanada Pipelines, the governments of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Nova Scotia, and Access Pipeline, among others, as leads on a variety of major projects requiring regulatory approvals (Alberta Energy Regulator, Canada Energy Regulator, Alberta Utilities Commission, British Columbia Oil & Gas Commission, Occupational Health and Safety).
We have worked together on many projects and have the hands-on experience to develop and execute public consultation and First Nations Consultation plans, and to develop and implement the innovative stakeholder engagement and communication strategies and tools that will maximize the client’s internal resources and expertise.
